Transavia flies to Sal four times a week and to Praia once a week via Sal, with a fifth flight added in spring and over Christmas. The Corendon service is not a direct flight: the outbound leg stops in Banjul, Gambia, which puts the journey at roughly 8.5 hours.
Domestic flights
Traveling between the Cape Verde island is relatively quick and easy. CVsky, the brand of the state company Linhas Aéreas de Cabo Verde (LACV), operates the local liner services between the islands on a frequent basis. Cabo Verde Airlines no longer serves the domestic network and focuses on international routes. Given the limited distance between the islands, the travel time is very short.
